Orders and Contracts
A binding contract is formed when you sign a purchase agreement and provide any required deposit. Orders for custom-manufactured products cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Installation
Installation services are performed by trained professionals. You are responsible for ensuring site access and that the installation area is clear and ready. MVC Windows & Doors, Inc. is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or structural issues.
Warranties
Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer and vary by product. Installation warranties are provided separately. Warranty terms will be provided with your purchase agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MVC Windows & Doors, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our products or services.
Governing Law
